Pre-Appointment Instructions

Arrive On Time

Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment with a clean face. There should be zero makeups or creams of any kind around your entire eye area.

Contact Lenses

Contact lenses should be removed during lash application.

What to Avoid

It’s recommended to avoid drinking large quantities of water or caffeinated beverages before your appointment. This will ensure you’re able to relax during your 1-2 hour appointment.

What Sets Me Apart

The Lash Diva is the only stylist in Arizona who was a previous Educator for Xtreme Lashes holding multiple Advanced Certifications. Her standards are high, and she does not apply eyelash extensions over previously received eyelash extensions (i.e. lashes received at another salon) unless she has evaluated them for proper technique and standards have been met. If the standards are not met, she will recommend removing the previously received extensions and starting over with a beautiful new set. This policy is in place to ensure you receive only the best.

Deposit Required for Full Set Appointment

A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment for a full set of eyelash extensions.  This deposit will be applied to the price of the service; deposit is forfeited if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hour notice, or if client no-shows for their scheduled time. If it’s necessary to reschedule your appointment, and 48 hour or more notice is given, then the deposit will carry over to the new appointment date/time, and this may be done only once.

All sales of services &/or retail products are final. Payment is due at time of service/purchase. There is no implied/actual guarantee or warranty of outcome. Eyelash extensions are an art, and they will appear/behave differently on everyone.

FULL SET OF CUSTOM VOLUME EYELASH EXTENSIONS | $390
Indulge in the epitome of self-care, and treat yourself to a luxurious set of volume eyelash extensions. Your new lash extensions will be applied with the only medical grade lash adhesive on the market (Xtreme Lashes brand Flex Fusion Adhesive) & completely customized based on your natural lashes to enhance the beauty of your eyes. Imagine waking up every morning, looking in the mirror and seeing a more youthful YOU…all without ever having to fuss with mascara again. (approximately 1.5-2 hours)
RE-FILLS | $95
Maintain your lush new lash extensions with regular appointments every two weeks. During this appointment, extensions that have grown out and shed will be replaced with new ones. Wake up feeling beautiful everyday…forever.
(A minimum of 50% of extensions must be remaining, or a new set or a double fill will be required)
3-WEEK RE-FILLS | $130
This is for those who have waited 3 weeks for their fill & have more extension shed than for a standard 2 week fill.
DOUBLE RE-FILLS | $190
Sometimes excessive extension shed will happen & there are various reasons for this. This appointment option is for those who have lost 50% or more of their extensions, but still have enough extensions that a new full set isn’t necessary. During this appointment, your extensions will be filled back in and restored to their beautiful glory.
LASH SHAMPOO | $15
To avoid this fee, please arrive to your lash appointment with zero makeup around your eye area; any time used to remove makeup will cut into your appointment time.
EYELASH EXTENSION REMOVAL | $50-$95
There are times when eyelash extensions need to be removed, and the safest way to do this is to have it done professionally with a safe solvent that will gently dissolve the adhesive and leave your natural lashes healthy. Please do not try to remove extensions yourself, as this can cause trauma to your natural follicles and break your natural lashes. Instead let The Lash Diva do the work for you.
(Fee charged to remove eyelash extensions will be applied to the price of a new full set if it’s scheduled/completed within two weeks)
FACIAL WAXING | $12-$58
*You may NOT be waxed if you are on acne medication(oral or topical), Retin-A/Retinol/Retinoid products or after certain advanced facial treatments. It is your responsibility to let The Lash Diva know if you are using these products or have had a facial treatment prior to your appointment.
